Return Policy

Returns and/or Exchanges must be within the guidelines of our Return Policy. Item(s) purchased at ShopRossanaVanoni.com are accepted for exchange or store credit when returned within 14 days of the shipped date in their original packaging, along with all accessories, etc., where applicable, provided your purchase is in “as-new” condition. All sales are final, no refunds for purchased item(s).
To return an item, you must get a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) from us. To request an RMA, please follow this procedure. Please login to My Account. After you login, click on the invoice that has the item in question, and click on the Request Return button to the right of it. Fill out with as much detail of what you want to return or exchange, and upload a photo if necessary. We will contact you within one business day.

If we shipped you the wrong item, or it arrived defective or damaged

We’re sorry! We will send a replacement or provide a store credit for your purchase, provided the returned item(s) are received back within 14 days of the shipped date in their original packaging, along with all accessories, etc., where applicable. Please fill out the RMA request from within My Account.
Damaged Packages – In case your package arrived damaged, please file a claim online at USPS.com and send a copy back to us. An RMA is still required.

If you ordered the wrong item, wrong size, or simply changed your mind

We will provide a store credit for your item(s), provided the returned item(s) are received back in their original packaging within 14 days of the shipped date, along with all accessories, etc., where applicable, provided your purchase is in “as-new” condition, and the purchased item was not noted as a clearance or close-out item. Please fill out the RMA request from within My Account.

When your return is received, you will be issued an exchange or a gift certificate (store credit) minus the shipping costs if any, for the merchandise. Additional restrictions may apply, please contact us for more information.

Some things to note for this type of return: You will be responsible for return shipping costs on non-defective item(s). Availability of the replacement item is not guaranteed. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of the exchange process.
